Hey there, I'm Kim!

I built my business as a side-hustle. For over 20 years, I worked in the IT Department at a local manufacturing company, so figuring out tech and juggling projects is what I’ve always done.

Now, I’m a certified master marketer and specialize in FG Funnels (aka HighLevel)

I work with business owners who are ready to simplify their tech and scale their business with a solution that lets them focus on their clients, instead of worrying about their backend tech.

They are tired of learning new software and searching YouTube for "How To" videos. They just want it DONE.

They want to focus on creating content, finding new clients, and loving on their current clients. They crave the peace of mind knowing that someone else will take care of it for them, so they don't have to worry about it anymore.

IMAGINE WHAT LIFE WILL BE LIKE WHEN you don't have to worry about your tech.

Funny how life leads you down a path you least expected…

I’ve worked as a Programmer/Analyst in Information Technology in the corporate world for over 20 years, and I hit a point in my life where I wanted something more. I just didn’t know what that “something” was. My kids were getting older and more independent, and I decided it was time to do “something” for me.

Never in my life had I ever wanted to “sell” anything, but a friend from high school was selling Beachbody, and I loved the vision that Beachbody promoted. No more working a 9-to-5. No more asking permission to take time off to spend with my family. I could be my own boss and in charge of my own success. I thought “this is what I want”, so I became a Beachbody coach.

I gave it 110% or at least felt like I did. I took training after training. I learned about Facebook ads, sales funnels, messenger bots, email marketing, social media, Twitter, Instagram, etc. You name it. I tried it. Did you think “squirrel” when you read that? 😆 Yep, that was me. I loved learning and implementing ALL THE THINGS!

I even created my own Meal Prep and Planning course. I did all the pieces. I wrote the emails. I promoted it as a 4 week course. I sold it to 3 people, which was super exciting! I ran the group. I did the videos. I wrote the workbooks. I put it all together. And at the end of it…I decided that I really didn’t enjoy teaching the course. I enjoyed putting all the pieces together.

Eventually I finally figured out that even though I loved Beachbody and the idea of being my own boss, I really wasn’t cut out for direct marketing. I’m the person that wants to make all the behind-the-scenes magic work. I became an expert at connecting the “tech” and using online marketing tools to find and attract ideal clients to a business.

It was time to make a big step.

During all this, I was still working full time.

I always enjoyed the programming part of my job. I loved helping my co-workers find solutions that would make their jobs more streamlined and easier.

But I wanted more than just a j-o-b.

So I stepped way outside of my comfort zone and hired a career coach, who really made me think about what I wanted, what I’m good at, and most importantly, what I enjoy doing.

It was clear that I wanted my own business, that I’m good at making a project plan and getting it done, and that I enjoyed putting all the pieces together to create a simple solution to somebody’s biggest problem.

I decided to start my own business and become a Virtual Assistant.

I reached out to the creator of the Mastermind, and she became my first client. I managed her social media. I helped her with Facebook ads for herself and her clients. We strategized about her business, and I would end our calls with a big smile on my face.

THIS DIDN'T FEEL LIKE A JOB, This felt amazing!

Who knew all those trainings that I did as a Beachbody coach and all those years in corporate IT – managing projects and figuring out new technology – would provide me with a pretty strong foundation to expand the Virtual Assistant idea into Allura Connections and find my passion
to make a difference in your business and help you succeed!

My passion became a reality...

I love working with clients that are passionate about their business and teaching others. Watching their energy and excitement as they create new ways to teach and serve others to help them be successful lights me up inside.

Sitting at their laptop struggling with tech is NOT what they’re made to do. Tech isn’t for everyone…no matter how easy someone says it is.

Sometimes you just need to ask for help. And that’s where I come in.

What people are saying...

“If you need tech help I highly recommend her!”

"This woman has been my sanity in the midst of several storms in creating www.hairbossuniversity.com. I have the education part down no problem!!!! But when it comes to the tech part I just want to cry :(. Although, it is still a work in progress because I'm getting back to work. I am so thankful that I found her when I did... If you need tech help I highly recommend her!"

“It was so nice to see it all laid out.”

"Kim and I had an awesome strategy session! It was powerful and exciting to work together to lay out my forward plan. She really kept me on track and asked all the right questions. She produced a wonderful report for me after our session and
it was so nice to see it all laid out, instead of being stuck inside my head."
